We started this website with the intention of educating skinny guys at the start of their fitness journey on how to train and eat right to increase their muscle mass naturally within the shortest time possible without the dumb mistakes most people make.
These days everyone portrays themselves as a fitness guru with a “proven” muscle-building method they’ll tell you about only if you buy their “super effective” program.
Let’s be honest here – there are no secret foods or methods for working out and dieting. It’s just a load of BS that’s forced upon you almost everywhere you look.
There are only some good old fundamentals, staying consistent and accountable. As simple as that.
The problem is that not many people want to hear about it as it’s not convenient for them to reach their goals that way.
I mean, come on, going to the gym 3 times a week? For real?
I rather eat this “magic protein cookie” and wake up bigger tomorrow. Right…
